PRESS RELEASE: A NEW ERA IN PRINT
September 2008 saw the culmination of APN Print’s Greenfield print site projects. The two year project involved significant capital investment in our seven Australian print sites and their equipment. APN Print boasts state-of-the-art presses and production equipment housed in purpose-built buildings.
Our Australian print centres provide us with greater reach, and stronger resources, which allow us to work with our valued customers, to best capture the interest of their markets.
Yandina (Queensland) and Bundaberg (Queensland) were the first sites to be commissioned and fully operational in October and November of 2006 (respectively). Following this were the Rockhampton and Toowoomba sites, in February and March of 2008.
The Project Team also had another project involving commissioning a reconditioned Goss Community press and upgrading the building at the Mackay site, which was completed in October 2007.
